Recently on the PreventConnect email group, there has been a good deal of discussion about the the National Coalition Against Sexual Assault’s Guidelines for Choosing a Self-Defense Course. Although the National Coalition no longer exists, the Guidelines continue to be a useful resource for the selection and evaluation of a women’s self-defense program.
