2010 National Sexual Assault Conference

Thank you for making the 2010 National Sexual Assault Conference a success. Close to 900 people gathered in Los Angeles to learn about the newest trends to address sexual violence and network with others committed to ending sexual violence.

Check out these Conference Materials:

CALCASA was proud to host the 2010 National Sexual Assault Conference in Los Angeles from Sept. 1-3, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center. The conference focussed on providing cutting-edge information, effective and relevant practices, content that incorporates culturally appropriate outreach and services to historically underserved communities and those with limited access — all aimed to demonstrate how we can create the world we want to live in. This is the first time NSAC is being held on the West Coast and we had a great turnout.

California Coalition Against Sexual Assault provides the unifying vision and voice to Californians speaking out against sexual violence. Founded in 1980, it's the only statewide organization in California with the sole purpose to promote policy, advocacy, training and technical assistance on the issue of sexual assault. CALCASA’s primary membership is the 85 rape crisis centers and rape prevention programs in the state.
