Attorney General announces revisions to the Uniform Crime Report’s definition of rape

On Friday, Attorney General Eric Holder announced revisions to the Uniform Crime Report’s (UCR) definition of rape, which will lead to a more comprehensive statistical reporting of rape nationwide.
