On May 21st and 22nd, 2009, CALCASA’s PreventConnect program staff were pleased to record several podcasts at A CALL TO MEN‘s 4th National Conference in New York City, NY.
This is a presentation by Lundy Bancroft, author, workshop leader and activist on trauma, abuse and healing. He discusses how the oppression of women affects the child custody arena in family courts and how men can be effective allies to women in that struggle.
Chad Keoni Sniffen has been the Prevention Services Coordinator for CALCASA since September of 2006. He provides training and technical assistance on prevention-related topics to California's rape crisis centers and rape prevention programs. He also works on CALCASA's PreventConnect Project, the MyStrength Campaign, and other CALCASA projects.
