moving upstream jpgThe new edition of the Virginia Sexual & Domestic Violence Action Alliance‘s sexual violence /intimate partner violence prevention newsletter “Moving Upstream” features an article by Wendi Siebold on “Evidence-Based Decision Making.” The article is based on a Prevention Connection web conference held in August 2009.
