Changing Chiefs on CA’s Supreme Court

On Thursday, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger nominated Judge Tani Cantil-Sakauye to replace retiring Chief Justice Ronald George as the state’s top judge.  If confirmed by voters, Cantil-Sakauye would become California’s first woman and Asian-American Chief Justice. Also, if confirmed, California’s supreme court will have a female majority for the first time in it’s history.  Listen to
