Governor appoints two to Sex Offender Management Board

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed William Gailey and Gary Lieberstein to the California Sex Offender Management Board. The CA Sex Offender Management Board is a 17-member body whose mission is to address issues, concerns and problems related to community management of adult sex offenders by identifying and developing recommendations to improve policies and practices.
